Shipping & Delivery Policy.
In plain English first.

The overwhelming majority of what we sell is digital — subscriptions, tournament entries, magazine issues, books, puzzles, ratings reports.

• Delivery is instant and electronic. The product activates on your account the moment PayU (our payment gateway) confirms the payment, which is typically within seconds.
• You will receive a confirmation by email and (for India users) on WhatsApp at the number registered on your account.
• If you do not see your subscription / report / issue active within 30 minutes of payment, write to contact@8by8verse.com with the receipt number and we will fix it the same working day.
• There is no shipping charge for digital products.

When the order includes physical items (boards, books, branded clothing, NCR-ID printed merchandise), the following applies:

• India: dispatched within 3 working days from our Delhi-NCR warehouse, delivered in 4–7 working days via a registered courier with tracking.
• International: dispatched within 5 working days, delivered in 10–21 working days depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
• Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown clearly before payment on the cart page.
• You will receive a tracking link by email when the package is dispatched.

A tournament "entry" is a digital booking — no physical product is shipped. Your registration is confirmed by email and WhatsApp, and your name appears on the tournament's public players list within 5 minutes.

The BSPM Magazine is delivered electronically by default — every subscriber can read and download each issue from /magazine the moment it is published.

An optional print edition, when offered, is dispatched within 7 working days of issue release and follows the physical-shipping timelines in section 2 above.

For physical orders shipped outside India, any import duty, customs charge or local tax in the destination country is payable by the customer to the courier on delivery. We declare the correct retail value on every package; we do not under-declare.

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it; if you spot a mistake before dispatch, write to contact@8by8verse.com immediately and we will update it if the package has not yet left the warehouse.

If a package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, photograph the package and the contents and write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at our cost.
