How the auto-graded version works
Each student gets ten puzzles auto-selected for their level. They solve in the BSPM app or on a printed sheet (we OCR the answers either way). Results land at 5 PM Sunday — for the student AND their parent. You see the aggregate in your coach dashboard the same minute.
What this unlocks
Coaches we've onboarded report taking on 8–15 more students within three months because the per-student admin time dropped from ~2 hours/month to ~30 minutes/month. The ceiling on academy size moved.
