Preparatory rating

NCR is a privately computed, preparatory rating to help you track and prepare. It is not an official rating; we do not claim it to be official, and it is not issued or endorsed by FIDE or any federation. It complements — never replaces — official ratings.

Ratings move

A rating naturally rises and falls. You agree that we are not liable for any disappointment, stress or emotional distress arising from a fall, recalculation or correction of an NCR rating, and that such feelings are not harassment by us.

A digital, data-driven service

We compile and compute large volumes of data, much of it from open sources. Occasional errors, delays, downtime or display glitches are an ordinary feature of such a product and do not mean the service is faulty or "not working". If you hit an issue, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it.

Third-party services

To message you and take payment we use external providers such as WhatsApp, SMS gateways and payment intermediaries. Limited personal data (name, number, email, transaction details) is shared with them for that purpose. They are independent and we are not responsible for them. We act as a best-effort service provider and do not guarantee uninterrupted performance.

Refunds, law & contact

Refunds follow our Refund Policy; dissatisfaction with a rating is not by itself a ground for refund. This agreement is governed by Indian law. Questions: contact@8by8verse.com.
